Lining a 420 m² Ocean-View Infinity Pool in Bali
The challenge
A five-star resort needed a pool surface that would read as a seamless extension of the ocean horizon, with colour consistency across a large curved infinity edge and reliable barefoot grip on the surrounding deck.
Our solution
We supplied honed Sukabumi green stone for the pool lining and natural-split coping for the edge, reserving quarry blocks up front to guarantee colour consistency across all 620 m². Every batch was dry-laid and photographed for the resort's designer to approve before shipping.
The result
The finished pool blends into the sea view exactly as rendered, and the non-slip coping meets the resort's safety standard. The client has since specified our stone for two further properties.
A Ventilated Black Lava Facade for a Dubai Boutique Hotel
The challenge
A boutique hotel wanted a dramatic matte-black facade able to withstand Dubai's thermal extremes and intense UV without fading or thermal cracking.
Our solution
We produced 1,150 m² of flamed black lava cladding panels engineered for a ventilated facade system, tested for thermal cycling to 50°C. Panels were calibrated for fast mechanical fixing.
The result
The facade delivers the architect's intended monolithic look and has performed through two summers without fading or movement, becoming a signature element of the building.
Three Connected Resort Pools on the Riviera Maya
The challenge
A resort development needed matching green stone across three connected pools with complex curved waterlines, delivered on a tight construction schedule.
Our solution
We supplied mesh-mounted green mosaic for the curved waterlines and CNC bullnose coping profiled to each pool's radius, shipped CIF to Manzanillo with full documentation to keep customs clearance fast.
The result
The mosaics installed rapidly on the curves, the coping fit each radius cleanly, and all three pools opened on schedule with a unified emerald character.
