We handle the entire export process in-house so that you deal with one accountable partner from quotation to arrival.

FOB & CIF — quoted your way

We quote on both FOB (Free On Board, stone loaded at the Indonesian port) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight, delivered to your destination port). Importers with their own freight forwarders often prefer FOB for control; those wanting a landed price prefer CIF. We will advise which Incoterm makes sense for your setup and quote transparently either way, per square metre, with container quantities spelled out.

Packing built for the ocean

Ocean freight is unforgiving of poor packing. Our stone travels in fumigated seaworthy wooden crates with foam interleaving and reinforced edges, banded and blocked to prevent movement, and loaded to balance container fill against protection. The result is consistently low transit damage across long routes.

Complete export documentation

Every shipment leaves with a full document set: commercial invoice, detailed packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate where the destination requires it, and the bill of lading. We coordinate with your customs broker and can arrange third-party inspection certificates for buyers who need them.
